Interaction with users of geospatial statistics is key to understand current and emerging user needs and therefore recommended by the GSGF Europe. This use case describes a model (The Statistical Council) for interaction between producers and users of official statistics implemented in Portugal. The Statistical Council has a standing section for territorial statistics, which includes geospatial statistics.
