This ArcGIS add on works in ArcGIS 10 and allows the generation of raster and vector grids of various cell sizes with a INSPIRE compliant grid cell code. The grid net can be used to associated any thematic data to it. The grid tool has been used to generate the grid nets 1km² used in the GEOSTAT project.
