Over half of the users need geostatistics on 1x1 km and 100x100 m grids
According to the preliminary results of the recent User Needs Survey, the respondents regard very important the availability of the grid based statistics on 1 km x 1 km and 100 x 100 m grid cell sizes, 58 % and 53 %, respectively. Respondents from 18 EU countries submitted their needs on grid based statistics. The survey was conducted by the Geostat project WP1. Final results of the User Needs Survey will be published by the end of this year.
